Bricklink Seller Review - Captain's Brick Shop

Yar matey, if ya wanted to be seein' yer pieces again, ya better start talkin' and I don't mind 'bout what fancies yer face.  Wouldn't Bricklink be so much cooler if it changed interface on Talk Like a Pirate Day?  Instead of Honored stores and such there'd be Captains, Mates, and Hearties.  Negative feedback would become "Bilge rattyness".  And anytime anything in the Pirates category was clicked we'd hear "Yo ho ho ho, a pirate's life for me!"  Then come September 20th we could resume our lives.

Order Details
Why this store: I had started putting a cart together in another store for a specific piece.  Then I went back to the cart later to add more pieces and checkout.  Unfortunately my seed part had been purchased.  My whole reason for shopping at that store was the specific piece.  No other store had enough of them at a reasonable price.  I made a slight design adjustment and found another piece (and another store) that would work.  Ruth had enough at a reasonable price.
Packaging: Small baggies that were comfortably full.  Lots combined as appropriate.
Part condition: Good
Communication: Easy
Feedback left: Positive
Odd telltale signs: None
Issues: Some straight stacked plates.  Argh!

Recommendation
The first thing I noticed was the postage and the small shipping cost discrepancy.  My assumption is that Ruth will make a shipping estimate with a scale at home and overestimate a touch.  The package then goes to the post office to be shipped instead of using Paypal.  I'm sure that I could ask for a refund on the 17c but that would seem a little jerkish.  Besides, the customer service was very good.  I'll likely shop here again but this just affirms that along with requesting multiple lots in baggies I also need to consistently ask for plates to NOT be stacked.  At all.
