Bricklink Seller Review - Ryan's Little Brick House

Good things come to those who wait.  Apparently.  I was pleased to find Ryan's Little Brick House and moreso discover that I was purchasing in the midst of a massive upload.  As I waited more parts kept coming to the point that 5 batches later I walked out with full arms, an empty wallet, and a happy camper.

Why this store: At this point I don't remember.  Based on my first batch I was trying to round up the last of some specific parts for my Dag Bricks.  I was intrigued by the lack of fees, free shipping offer, and regional proximity.
Packaging: Most lots combined smartly into baggies, and then into one large baggie with a few large pieces loose.  Wrapped in tissue paper, then foam wrapping, all inside a plain manila envelope.
Part condition: Good
Communication: Easy
Feedback left: Positive
Odd telltale signs: Banana Republic tag stuck to the tissue paper.  This guy's dapper.

Recommendation
Shop. At. This. Store.  Ryan is a great guy, easy to communicate with and patient.  He was willing to reprice one item down to the current average when I asked.  I even offered to split the difference from his price and the average but he dropped it all the way.  He kept me informed of what was coming up in his mass upload and then let me know when it was done.  He had mentioned starting another upload in a few more days but we both agreed to close out the order and I could come back another time.  This was a good idea as I had already ordered some parts from another store completely forgetting that they were as good as mine from Ryan already.  So I'll have a few extras.  Not sure how long the shipping offer is going for but you can surely find $16 worth of stuff here.  Besides all that, this guy can count and he knows his colors.
