Bricklink Seller Review - BAYLIT

This store received a visit from me way back in the past so I felt comfortable paying it a visit for some last minute bits and bobs for my Bricks Cascade displays.  Plus, I had just made an order from another store that accepts cash.  This one offered the same service with a 5% discount.  Sounds good, right?

Communication: To the point
Feedback left: Positive for super quick shipping
Odd telltale signs:
Issues: Missing one 8c piece, swapped another green one for trans green.

Recommendation:
This is a great store if you're rebuilding an older set.  There are lots and lots of pieces in the old greys.  All the basic colors are here in near 20,000 piece quantities.  Lots of Belville types of colors too.  Light or missing are the new greys, reddish brown, and most darks.  There is definitely a theme here and the seller charges a small premium for what he has.  Avoid the Paypal and enjoy a 5% drop in price.  I was a little put off by the small fortune for shipping.  Had I been in less of a hurry, I probably would have found a store with a similar list of items.  I was also informed twice that a piece I had bought was not available.  One was crucial.  I then had to buy one new at a bit of an upcharge.  My credit showed up on my shipping charge.  I pointed the seller to the check box to show the credit field on the invoice and that helped a bit.  If a shipping table were to be added and an inventory audit done, I think this store could sail on to even higher levels.  It's a shame that high feedback long time sellers can be rather laissez faire about the customer service.  I just didn't get the warm fuzzies like at other stores.
