Bricklink Seller Review - L and M Brick

Sometimes I'm left speechless.  Is that deal too good to be true?  Did that really happen?  Where did that stain come from?  I figure sometimes there are mysteries that I'll never get answers to.  Right Amelia?

Order Details
Why this store: Targeting 4x light bley 4x12 plates.  Good price.
Packaging: Ugh.  All those tiny lots were in their own baggies, some big, some small.  Some small lots in big bags.  Even some unrelated lots mixed in bags.  All in a bubble mailer.
Part condition: Good
Communication: No replies
Feedback left:
Odd telltale signs: Paid for a 9oz label.  I weighed the order at 7.5oz.  After appropriately consolidating all the lots into a single baggie per element and using a smaller mailer, I got the order down to 6.6oz.
Issues: Sent too many of one part.

Recommendation
Store terms are very vague.  Shipping was a little higher than necessary.  Electronic rate would have been $2.42 so I feel like there is a $1+ hidden fee.  As of this writing, store has about 63,000 items in about 11,000 lots.  This might make you think that there is no depth to the store.  In fact there is a lot of depth.  But a MAJOR lot consolidation endeavor would be hugely appreciated.  I had to buy an average of 4 lots for each part I wanted.  One part had 15 lots!  This was hugely frustrating and is the main reason I avoid one particular larger seller.  But I wanted to give it a go.  Given the lot problem and the vague terms (and the deluge of baggies), I likely won't return.  Unless I'm running low on baggies... What?
