Why this store: Searching for a needed part in large quantity, seller had it for a lower than average price. Another needed lot in large quantity as well.

Recommendation
Initially I got a fairly high shipping quote so I inquired the reason. Box instead of bubble mailer? Apparently the seller accidentally confused me with another one of his buyer's and corrected the problem in short order. He reissued a new invoice and I had my package within 3 days. Just for kicks I audited the order and found all weights and shipping prices to be right on the new invoice. I see no reason why this seller shouldn't become an anchor store and reach 20,000 feedback at some point. The only question is how soon?
