You know how sometimes when you're walking down the sidewalk you trip and fall on your face? But fortunately for your face it landed on a $5 bill. Yeah, that's kind of what this purchase was like. Scooter is newer to the Bricklink scene having been registered for only a little over 2 years. His inventory is around 20,000 pieces and feedback 133 which means he's been bringing it fairly well. I visited his store by accident but it turned out to be worthwhile.

Why
this store: I had spent a couple hours the prior night trying to find a single store that had 2 key parts with a decent amount of other Wanted List items. And that didn't have overwhelming shipping costs or terms. I read a thread on the forum regarding a seller who had been having a sale. On a whim I checked Scooter's store. He had some parts that were half off my maximum and enough other Wanted List items to make the higher shipping charge worth it. Still didn't have both key parts but I gave up on that.
Packaging: Small baggies that were comfortably full. Lots combined as appropriate.
Part condition: Good
Communication: Easy
Feedback left: Positive
Odd
telltale signs: Bubble mailer sealed at a funny angle and one baggie caught in the tape. Humorous.
Issues: One incorrect window, refunded.
Recommendation
Mr. Scooter has good prices and good service. The flat shipping fee is at the high point which means you're better off making a large order. Be aware too that your pick sheet will be included with the order. In my case it meant 5 sheets of full size single sided color print. In case you were curious, about 6 sheets equal an ounce. I weighed my order sans sheets and it came in an ounce lighter. This may not matter as the shipping fee is flat but it could push your 12.5 oz order up into priority meaning you'll be paying a flat shipping fee of $2.30 more. I did request appropriate mixing of lots in baggies and was pleased with the few baggies that came. You may also want to request no pick sheet be included if you prefer.
